Custom Home Builder in Highland Beach, FL

Highland Beach sits on the barrier island between Delray Beach and Boca Raton, ocean on one side and the Intracoastal on the other. It is a narrow strip, which means almost every lot is a waterfront lot, and almost every build runs into the approvals that come with that — flood elevation setting the finished floor height, seawall and dock work permitted separately from the house, and specification that has to stand up to salt air.

Varga Homes builds along this stretch of coast and has completed oceanfront and Intracoastal homes immediately north of here, at Ocean Ridge and Manalapan.
