A builder who came up through the arts
Owner Stephen Varga brings a creative flair to his work that has its roots in the work of his father and grandfather, both of whom excelled in monument-size sculptures in bronze and stone for ecclesiastical, public and private commissions. Stephen worked in his family’s studios through his early career, and ran his own sculpture studio in Delray Beach through the 1990s.
He credits that background in the arts with giving him a unique perspective when working with clients who want a home that reflects their personalities and fulfills their every want and need.
It’s not about building the most homes, but building the best custom homes that satisfy our discriminating clientele. Our close personal involvement is what sets us apart and allows us to bring our client’s vision into reality.

Stephen has lived in the Boynton Beach, Delray Beach and Ocean Ridge areas since 1982, with family roots here going back to the 1960s.
He is a Certified General Contractor, licence CGC1513040, and Varga Homes is licensed and insured, with a warranty on every completed home.

Construction manager and site supervisor with more than 30 years on high-end residential construction and major renovations across South Florida. He runs scheduling, trade coordination, budgeting, permitting and the day-to-day supervision on site.
Alexia McCluskey
Controller
A CPA with more than 25 years of experience across tax strategy, public offerings, investments and real estate advisory. She provides the financial oversight, cost analysis and operational discipline behind each build.
