Waterfront Estate in Manalapan

A waterfront estate on the Intracoastal at Manalapan, turned wide to the water. Two stories of white massing around a two-story entry hall; behind it, an infinity-edge pool set into the lawn, a sunken fire pit terrace out at the seawall, a covered loggia with its own kitchen and an upper terrace above. Inside, pale oak floors, tall glass on the water side and a wine room off the hall. Photographed at completion, before furnishing.
