Who we are
Varga Homes, Inc. is a custom home builder and general contractor based in Delray Beach, Florida. This policy explains what we collect through vargahomes.net, why, and what happens to it.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the town you want to build in, whether you own a lot, your timeline, your budget range, and anything you write in the message field.
Information collected automatically. Our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. If we run website analytics, it collects anonymous usage statistics such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrive at the site.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not ask for financial account details through this website.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and discuss a potential project.
- To follow up about a project already under discussion.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
- To understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are stored on our website and emailed to our office. Our website hosting provider stores that data on our behalf. If we use an email or analytics service, those providers process data for us under their own terms. That is the extent of it — no advertising networks receive your enquiry details.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for a current or future project conversation. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to office@vargahomes.net or call 561-704-0073 and we will take care of it.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, and may use analytics cookies that measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
