Single-Story Home in Delray Beach

A single-story house on a deep inland lot in Delray Beach, laid out along its back edge. Living room, kitchen and dining run in one line and open through sliding glass onto a covered loggia with its own kitchen and dining table, then the pool and lawn beyond. White oak floors, white cabinetry, brass pendants, a wood-clad loggia ceiling. Photographed on completion, before furnishing, so the rooms show the millwork and the light rather than the styling.
